A very beautiful, fresh, but also full-bodied wine, made from a blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Chardonnay. Derived from vines planted on the 'terraces' with a high limestone content of Domaine de Baal at 1000 meters above sea level. This 100% organic wine is made with great passion and care for the environment. No chemicals are used and the wine has a low sulphite content. Because of this natural production process, the annual production of Domaine de Baal is 'only' about 25,000 bottles: the quality here clearly goes for the quantity.
