Sébastien, the owner of Domaine de Baal, harvests his grapes on terraces located more than 1000 meters above sea level. With a lot of passion and an eye for nature, the grapes grow on a "terroir" with a high content of limestone, which is ideal for the wine. Le Petit Baal Red is 100% organic and made of 60% Merlot, 20% Syrah and 20% Cab. Sauvignon. 
Fits perfectly with meat and game. Also delicious with old cheese.
