The grapes for the Marsyas Rouge grow at almost 1000 meters altitude on clay and lime. The grapes are of course picked by hand and the wine ripens in oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 first year and 1/3 second year). Deep dark purple color and a complex nose of herbs and truffles. Elegant and balanced, fresh and mineral.
