A refined nose and a remarkable complexity with aromas of truffles, caramel and forest fruits.  A very elegant wine, with a beautiful dark red colour, made of 60% Syrah and 40% Cabernet-Sauvignon. The grapes are brought together in such a way that the refined fruity tones and juiciness come into their own, making the wine well balanced with a beautiful finish. The wine has 12 months in barrels of French Oak matured. We recommend to let this wine breathe before serving (at room temperature).
