A top vintage, made of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Syrah, hand-picked from the vineyards on a soil of rocks, clay and limestone, located at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels, where the wine stays in contact with the skin for 2 weeks and then matures for 12 months in new wooden barrels of American oak. The result is an exceptionally beautiful wine of exceptional quality, with a deep purple colour and aromas of dried fruit, liquorice and cinnamon. An intense and "spicy" bouquet with lots of character and depth, despite its young age. A beautiful full-bodied wine, with a delicious long aftertaste. We recommend to let this wine (preferably in a carafe) breathe about an hour before consumption and drink it at room temperature.
