The vineyards of the Domaine de Baal family business were planted in the early 90s, at 1150 meters above sea level and at the foot of Mount Lebanon. The company produces exclusively natural wines, refined and elegant, due to distinctive character of the Lebanese soil. The entire vineyard is grown on terraces, which makes the work somewhat more difficult given that most of the work is done manually. The terraces are located to the south and are made of beautiful red clay soils, located on limestone rocks that provide the wines with extra freshness and minerals.
The family business has a strong desire to preserve the beautiful land for future generations, which is why it only operates organic farming. This not only for the delicious taste of the wines, but also to respect the earth and the environment. The wines are never filtered or slightly processed and therefore remain as close as possible to their original character before being bottled.
